#128 - Only Show Element Once
Add one attribute to an element and it will be set to display block IF it hasn't been marked as seen in local storage.
You'll only see this once.
This modal was set to display block because you have never seen it before. Once you've already seen it, it will be marked as seen in local storage, and you won't see it again.
